Found an error?
Prices, plans and features change all the time. If a statement is not correct or no longer correct, write to us at hallo@digitalwings.at. Name the page, the statement and a link to a public source from the vendor. Once we have the evidence, we correct the fact file; score, tables and texts update automatically.
For vendors
Vendors can report missing or outdated facts if they are publicly documented. Internal information, advance announcements and promises by email are not used, so that readers can check every statement themselves. A better placement cannot be bought; how the site handles ads is explained on the disclosure page.

How do I report a wrong statement?
Send an email to hallo@digitalwings.at with the page, the statement and a link to a public source from the vendor that shows the correct value. With evidence, we correct the fact file and with it every page on which the value appears.
I am a vendor: how do I get the facts about my tool updated?
Send us the link to the public page with the new information, such as the pricing page, help centre or security page. Internal documents or promises by email do not count, because every statement has to be verifiable for readers. The same rules apply to all vendors.
Can I buy a better placement?
No. The order depends on the score alone, based on the published methodology. Ads are labelled as such and have no influence on score, order or texts. The details are on the disclosure page and the methodology page.
How quickly is a correction made?
As soon as the source has been checked, we change the fact file and rebuild the site. The score is recalculated automatically, and the date and source then appear in the review and in the list of sources. We do not promise a fixed deadline.
